TERMS & CONDITIONS

All projects undertaken by Virtually Yours Prime Admin will be completed by us. Projects will not be outsourced to any third parties.

All documents passed to Virtually Yours PA for the purpose of completing projects will remain confidential and the property of the client.

A deposit is required before the start of any work, and final payment becomes due on completion of the project.

Retainer services or monthly bulk hourly bookings must be paid for in advance for the month.

All projects will be assessed and an estimate given on deadlines and costs before being started. Once price and terms have been agreed and deposit made the project or service will begin.

PRIVACY POLICY

Virtually Yours Prime Admin will not share any information with any third parties. We value your privacy.

PAYMENT

All payments and billings are done via PayPal through their secure payment system. You do not need to have a PayPal account to make payments on invoices. Other payment options are available if you are located in the United States.
